It was my first time getting a car through Motorbility, Sales Consultant Tim was extremely helpful, his knowledge of the scheme and different range of vehicles is emense, he explained the process from start to finish, didn't rush us to make a decision, because I wasn't sure and a bit apprehensive to order a car, Tim was happy for me to return the following day to discuss further, once car was ordered the staff from Threeways kept in touch with progress of the car, when it arrived in the UK, and then when it arrived in the garage, customer service hasn't ended once I collected the car Tim has rang me and emailed to check how I'm getting on with my new car.I Highly recommend Threeways Garage.Thanks Sharon

I have just bought a new MG and I am very pleased with my salesman Tim. He is so patient and made everything very easy to understand. Nothing was too much trouble and he made sure that I understood how the car worked when I picked it up going through everything with me. I am very grateful for his help

Took our car in for a service and some faults but only a couple of faults were fixed, the others weren't even investigated. All they were bothered about was getting the money off us for the service which was just over £300.

Amazing service in the sales department. Joe was excellent, he kept me updated throughout the entire process and was always friendly and professional. When Joe wasn't working, he let me know in advance of who I could contact instead if I had a query or needed an update. I don't know anything about cars, but Joe explained everything in an easy and understandable way, which made the car purchase smooth and stress-free. Joe went above and beyond, he is a asset to Threeways, and I couldn't be happier with the service. I will be recommonding Threeways to anyone who is looking to buy a new car.

Left reviews before this is the latest Feb 2024.Still Brilliant staff, great service, totally recommend Threeways garage. 6 years on and no complaints at all.This visit was a routine mot/service. They notified me it was ready, when I arrived I had a short wait while someone else was dealt with. It was cold out, 3 different members of staff offered me a hot drink, as if happened I already had one in a drink flask. Nice to be asked though.In the 6 years I have had my Ioniqs the show room staff, office staff, service desk in fact everyone is helpful , polite and a pleasure to deal with. So happy I have just ordered the new Kona. Again I would recommend Threeways to everyone

After sales care is abysmal. The A/C in our 4years old Tipo, that has done less than 16000 miles, completely stopped working. As a consequence we have to drive with all windows open to stop the windows fogging up. As we have a disabled son, this is very bad and unhealthy for him. It will be at least 6 weeks until they can even look at it and no offer of a courtesy car even though we live in Llanberis and are not easily able to get back home. I would be happy to go elsewhere to get it fixed, but it needs specialist Fiat mechanics apparently.I will never buy from here again.

Car went in for first service. Very fruitful discussion with service team to select most convenient date. Kept informed by email before date of service, then checked in online. Very friendly staff members who were invested in delivering a high quality of customer service. Work was completed in a timely fashion, and car returned in great condition.Threeways had the complete package of friendliness, great communication, efficiency and a high level of competence, and I?d highly recommend this service team!

Fantastic service for the purchase of our Hyundai Tuscon Ultimate, through the motorbility scheme. Joe our sales advisor could not do enough for us. He maintained contact throughout the process, with updates on when manufacture would begin, when it would be shipped, when it arrived in the UK etc! I have had a lot of appointments for The Walton centre in Liverpool, so we had to make sure we could get a collection date that would be the most convenient. I would telephone Threeways and he would get back to me as soon as he got the message.All I can say now is that we would never purchase a car from anywhere else. Thanks Joe and all Threeways staff that assisted us throughout.
