This is a fantastic site with good views and level serviced pitches. The amenity blocks are warm and spotlessly clean. The owners are helpful and friendly. It is very quiet and in a great location for visiting the North Coast. Access was no problem in a 7.2m motorhome.

What an absolutely beautiful site. We arrived a little early but our pitch was already available and ready for us on arrival. The toilets and showers are spotlessly clean, heated and the water was hot, the site itself is a beautiful site with some very very generous sized pitches, possibly the biggest I?ve ever seen to be honest, and it?s nestled within some amazing views out over fields and hills, sadly our pitch had a tall hedge blocking half of the view from our large rear lounge window but we could still see it from the rest. Would have been perfect if the hedge was just a little lower. It?s super quiet and peaceful all around which is ideal for a peaceful break.My only criticism was the one gate which leads straight to the local shop was locked and inaccessible meaning we has to walk the long way round back past reception and along another road to get to the main road. It would have been nicer if that gate had at least foot access for easy access to walk to the corner shop in the village.

It's not a bad place once you find it. Fully serviced pitches are good, and they're in a nice valley with some good views. Depending on the pitch you get, a small play area for children, and that's it, plenty of piece and quiet, and that's good if that's what you're looking

We visited for a weekend in our camper and we had a great stay. The pitches are big and level, they are really dog friendly and the facilities are top tier. The site is located about a 10 minute drive to the beach and town. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely.. just lovely ?.Lovely meeting at reception with clear guidance.Caravan sites can be screened or not ...you choose on booking .Loo's / showers warm and meticulously well kept . We arrived just at the time of the storm .. lots of leaves etc and washrooms still absolutely pristine.Cannot recommend the kebab takeaway...food cold when delivered and all meats VERY fatty . .Not a fault of the campsite.Highly recommend this site and we're definitely returning.Nearby activities: Very close to the seaSafety: Well lit at nightWalkability: Beautiful walks all aroundNoteworthy details: Extremely well maintained site

Stayed on many touring site. This is our go to when we dont have the children with us, its so chilled and peaceful has Beautiful views and lovely walks. Little village to walk to for food and drinks and a local shop with a lovely owner not to far. Facilities are the cleanest we have came across with showers toilets and built in hair dryers all to a very clean standard. ? it's a 5* from us and happy to be a returning customer for years to come

This caravan park is run correctly. The staff are so welcoming and helpfull with the local area The site is imaculate and tiolets are spotless. There is no pub on site. So theres no late night trouble. The site is quite so you dont have listen to loud mouths. Kid are kept under control or asked to leave. The site can be aukward to get to. But just follow the site directions.

This is the most immaculately kept site I have ever stayed at. The facilities, ie toilets, showers etc are plentiful and beautifully clean. Disabled showering and toileting room with keyed access is amazing and made my stay a whole lot easier. The site is peaceful and orderly, with lovely, well maintained grounds. Excellent laundry and information facility and very pleasant, helpful staff in the office. All pitches were hardstanding and spacious, the premium pitches are separated by hedging making them lovely and private. There is a play area for children but this is not next to the pitches, so doesn't cause any noise problems. Ideally situated for exploring the North Wales coastline and the surrounding areas. There is a small, well stocked shop in the village of Betwys yn Rhos 15 min walk or 2 mins in car and a lovely pub there with a small beer garden. A 15 minute drive down to Colwyn Bay but there is a beautiful beach at Llandulas (not easily accessed for the less mobile though due to large rocks) but this made it peaceful and an excellent place for my grandson to explore rockpools. There is excellent walking in the area and also only about 20 mins into Llandudno and all its attractions. I returned refreshed and determined to return. Thank you all at Plas Farm for a wonderful stay.

Nice site, grounds are maintained well Shower blocks are clean but the water temperature not hot enough by far so used the caravan shower which we really prefer not to Some slight noise from the road adjacent to the site Saying that we would definitely stay here again if came to North Wales

We booked a last minute break, wonderful peaceful site, pitches are large and spaced out. Toilet and shower block cleans, bins emptied daily which doesn?t happen on other sites. Directions given by site were excellent and we had a wonderful weekend. Would definitely return as a great base for so much of North Wales. The local pub does a mean pie and chips too.

Amazing site with free wifi and clean toilets and showers, great location to go and visit north wales. Pub and small village shop a short drive (5minutes) Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a nice, clean quiet site. The staff are very helpful. The journey off the the A55 to the site is a little awkward because the sat nav wants you to get off the A55 sooner than the site recommend, not a massive issue to be honest.

Lovely peaceful site, good size pitches with lots of space. Toilet and shower blocks very clean. Laundrette with ironing facilities very useful. Great location for exploring Wales. Our only gripe was a couple of irresponsible dog owners letting dogs off leash and not cleaning mess, Not a fault of site owners and we will definitely be returning.
