Get all my parts here. Excellent for the DIY mechanic unlike a lot of factors who charge you varying rates according to your trade status. Staff are enthusiastic and give good solid service. Top notch.

Popped in for a replacement car battery, as always they had one in stock and as always they were the cheapest place in the area. They have parking right outside but it can get a little busy with the surrounding businesses.Inside there is a small display area with everyday bits you could need like car shampoos, polishes, windscreen wash etc. always nice to have a browse while they get your items.

Not a bad place to buy parts only good in emergency . Service behind till was very unprofessional and lacking of basic mechanical knowledge. Can't recommend as prices are high compared to other sellers and customer service lacking of knowledge.

I ordered a new thermostat which was faulty out of the box after filling my van up with brand-new antifreeze and coolant at the cost of £30. It failed and these did not want to give me anything back for the coolant that was wasted due to the failure of the part that was sold by them. Not mentioning the time and effort that went into sorting these problems out twice.

Awful tried to charge £174 for a relay for a T4 then next customer £42 for a bulb at least we both had a laugh as we left got my part for £30 genuine vw part
