Lewis is an exceptionally helpful young man! He is very knowledgeable and is able to help me with every thing I go in for. Everyone I know thinks he is a blessing and for sure is an asset that I don't think Timpson should take for granted! Give the man a payrise or a promotion!!!!!

Doesn?t even deserve the 1 star, absolutely appalling. Very disappointed in the Abergavenny store. At three house keys cut last week, I got home to find that they had completely given me the wrong key it didn?t even fit in the key hole. I returned the day after to sort the problem. Gentlemen there was lovely couldn?t apologise more and quickly cut me new keys then to my disbelief got home and still the wrong size key still wouldn?t go in the key hole, later that day I went back seen the same man there he told me he?d grind them all down and hopefully it would fit. Still didn?t. After leaving the store the third time with utter disbelief that the keys at the cost of £16 still didn?t fit. The day after my mother in law went to ask them for my money back and instantly met with a very rude lady claiming that the keys were definitely not cut here! And absolutely refusing to give me a refund. Also would definitely not give me a refund as I had no receipt which was NOT given or even the offer of having a receipt when I first purchased the keys! Luckily I do have online banking and have the receipt on my phone. Still waiting for a reply on how to solve this problem.
