Not a great experience. I went in to this shop on Christmas Eve to buy two pictures frames for gifts, not realising my wife had already bought two frames elsewhere.Within an hour I went to return them with the receipt and was told they wouldn't accept returns nor refund them. Not great at all. Avoid.

The woman that runs this part time business gets extra earnings from being a drop off/ collection point for deliveries I.e. DPD. She and them have all failed! In a next day delivery process that should have been delivered to my home, last Saturday (order placed Wednesday last week). We?ve tried to collect from her, responding to emails sent from DPD/her, but she was closed! Emails on Saturday said couldn?t deliver, we were in. But could pick up on Monday 29th. Called her today, many times, engaged. Which makes you think someone is there! Followed further instructions to say parcel has been delivered to tlt! With a code to pick it up! Partner went into Abergavenny especially to pick the parcel up ( remember, premium cost for next day delivery last Wednesday). She tlt was closed. We had a chat this evening, after that, because she can?t provide a solution, she blocked me from sending messages to her fb account. Also she stated that she hasn?t received the parcel yet! I?ve got several emails , timed and dated, conflicting info, that says she has! I have an audit trail of really useless and poor performance. Actually non-existent. Because she/DPD/Clark?s don?t deliver! I will be raising a complaint against her tlt! DPD and Clark?s (vendor). I would suggest don?t use this woman (that?s lovely that) because she is deceitful and her opening times don?t even marry up with correspondence with partners she earns from, social media or website. Then, she?s not even there to do it!
