Was drawn into the shop the day before Christmas Eve by the eye catching windows. Once inside the shop was beautifully and interestingly set out with flair and a vintage vibe. As a Charity Shop Manager myself I believe it's important to entice customers as much as possible. Spoke to the Manager who was passionate about charity and her volunteers seemed very happy.

A great charity shop with great stock. A lovely lady called Yvonne helped me with picking out my dress for a wedding. She was so helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend coming here for anyone looking to buy a posh dress for cheap!

I have spent a lot of money here over the years, but I will NEVER return to this shop. I was discriminated against, and humilitated. The last time I visited, an elderly lady working there literally 'shooed' me' out of the door, making ushering movements with her arms, pointing at my assistance dog. I politely told her I that she is an assistance animal and I have her ID, she interrupted me through tutting and ushered me out the shop like I was a criminal. Everyone was watching. My dog was wearing her disability assistance harness and is fully insured and trained to help me. Horrible experience.

On entering this store I didn?t realise it was a charity shop as it looks and feels more like a stylish boutique. As you walk in you are hit with the most beautiful smell of patchouli oil. The shop fittings are not the usual box standard but a clever mix of industrial pipes, scaffolding boards, butchers hooks, wooden dressers and a huge wooden cart with ambient lighting. This sounds all a little busy but believe me it works, it was truly an Aladdin?s cave mixed with Chique Boutique. The clothes were clean, colour coordinated and sensibly priced and there was an abundance of bric a brac. Upstairs they have a huge stock of beautiful bridal wear and bridesmaid dresses, together with mother of the bride, prom and evening wear. This shop is a credit to the manager who has an an eye for detail and it is complimented by her lovely friendly staff. I was only there visiting for the day so I am sad this isn?t on my doorstep or it would be my go to charity shop. I would recommend a visit if you are ever in Abergavenny as this little shop is a gem not to be missed.

The first time I went in here I didn?t even realise it was a charity shop. It?s really quirky and the selection of used clothes and new items is fantastic. The staff make a real effort with displays and everything is spotlessly clean and there?s something for everyone. I?ve had some amazing bargains in this shop.

Visited here yesterday and was wowed by the stunning interior of this shop. It was boutique style and immaculate. It smelt fresh and fragrant. A pure pleasure to browse around. I spoke to a staff member about the charity as it isn't one I'm familiar with due to visiting from England. She kindly explained about Ty Hafan. You should all be very proud of your little shop, its a gem. Well done you xx

Charity shop, strong on used and some new clothes and gifts. Very cheerful and chatty staff. Always seems to have some nice vintage clothing. Stock changes regularly so be quick if you spot something you like.
