Had problems with quality of 2 items in past both dealt with and refunded full costs.staff really approachable and friendly.Son has just purchased hiking boots in sale and they've already ripped away from seam,so they're going back this week not good enough,we think we're having weather proof clothes but really not fit for use .Owner (even though local )needs to get proper product quality dealt with on certain items.

Good shop as always for outdoor gear. They've gotten rid of all the store bags so when you're buying several items you need to have several arms, just kidding the staff will put them behind the counter luckily.
