Jane did a really comprehensive eye examination with topnotch equipment and spent a lot of time patiently explaining everything while Aimee was extremely helpful in helping us to choose new frames from the extensive selection available. “Had all the tests done by a lovely chap who was very friendly and informative. The Optician was very helpful and had a query which she wrote to my GP concerning. I thought this was great care. When I went downstairs to choose glasses, the lady who helped me was really attentive and honest. She took her time in measuring and they are perfect. I took ages having them tightened and even went back 10 minutes later as they felt too tight. Everyone was cheerful, helpful and very professional. I have gone here for many years and always found their customer service to be brilliant. Thank you everyone. x”
