Nicely busy, but with plenty of room. Great service and very cheerful and friendly staff. The service was quick and very well organised, and my drink, the usual skinny latte, was very nice. Decided to push the boat out and have a lemon curd muffin. It was fresh, very tasty, with lots of lemon curd inside - very nice.
This is a great little roadside Costa - I usually used them drive thru but decided to take 20 minutes and sit in for a change. The Costa was very clean and the toilets were spotless.
Dietary restrictions: Food was clearly marked with ingredients and allergy information.
Wheelchair accessibility: Good wide doorways, plenty of room inside to manoeuvre. Very helpful staff who are very happy to help take your purchase to a table for you.

Food and drinks are fine but when ordering online your your not very good at delievring e.g. forgetting the straws for the drinks in future i would make sure you have everything packed before delivering

I ordered 2 oat lattes this morning and when I arrived at work, one of them did not have the coffee shot. So it was just warm oat milk.I'm trying to call to get this sorted out and I get an automated message saying.... Get in touch on socials.... Pretty poor all round.

Nice place to stop on our journey. Just annoying when on a Sunday you turn up at 5pm and on Google it's open till 6pm and show up to be told we shut at 5pm but we can't change the times on Google. Don't worry I'll do your job and change it in 5 minutes.........

Just went to The Abergavenny ( Drive Threw Branch) at 5.31pm on Sunday 24/3324, to find it Shut.Online it says it?s Open till 6pm, We went the only ones to turn up, and this is 3rd time,

Stopped in for a coffee and toasted sandwich with a work colleague . First time I've been in there very nice ,clean and tidy. Service was good , fast, friendly staff. Nice parking area don't know if I was supposed to give my number plate wasnt asked so not sure were I was supposed to .Wheelchair accessibility: Nice easy ramps around the place big doors easy for a wheelchair.

I visited here on the 02/03/24 the lady on the coffe machine made me a large latte wich was very low from the top. I then asked if she could top it up and she said she was saving the oat milk. As a paying customers this is very disappointing when ordering a £5 drink!
