Service pathetic, 15 minutes waiting for whipped latte, staff appear to get confused, trying to work several orders at same time. and causing them to quarrel causing bad atmosphere

I often visit the Costa in Abergavenny but my experience yesterday was awful, usually there is a lady behind the counter and all is good, she keeps everything moving quickly.
