Bossy lady called Claire was not pleasant and did not help. We asked for help in choosing some balloons, she pointed ?these are cheaper ones?. Very bossy attitude, we waited 20 minutes to have 2 balloons blown and kept telling us where to stand in the shop. After we already waited for place in a queue to enquire about these balloons, she asked to wait again in a new queue. Said balloons will not be blown until all customers are being served.Not a friendly attitude!Such a shame, as we have been using this shop for many years and we have always had excellent customer service from younger staff.

Bought wedding anniversary card on 22.06.23 and was no offered to have receipt, after went to another shop and found better one, so went back to card factory to return it, asked on the till if can do so, by the colleague been told Yes but in a second another Lady ( could be manager or supervisor) started to shout at me( with no need) that they can't do refunds without receipt, but I replied I wasn't even offered to have receipt, she kept shouting... At the end she said I can exchange it for another card, so I did....I felt humiliated for £1.99...

If I could leave 10 stars I would! Had to do an emergency dash for last minute balloons, banners etc and Laura and Tash couldn't have been more helpful! Incredible customer service, helped me find everything I could possibly want and need and sorted it all out for me quickly, efficiently and affordably! These girls are an absolute asset to the company! I've another thing to sort this weekend...so I'll be seeing you girls again on Saturday! Thanks again it was a massive success :)
