Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan savoury and sweet options always available
Kid-friendliness: There is a kids toy table
Wheelchair accessibility: Heavy double doors, nearly always someone available to assist. Everything on one level without ramps or stairs. Excellent disabled toilet with clean and functional bars behind the till. Sometimes the bathroom is busy as the non disabled toilets are often unavailable but when they are available they are far away and down very steep stairs leading people with mild conditions who can usually manage ordinary toilets needing to use disabled.

I like to go here as i can take my dog. Coffee is always good. Staff work hard, never enough staff. Toilets disgusting not sure when they were last cleaned! Smells terrible. Need a cleaner badly

Polite, friendly staff, good selection of drinks available, only thing that let's it down is the seating is getting a bit dated and worn but a good place for a coffee, some outdoor seating available

This place is very dirty. The toilets and baby changing area is absolutely filthy. The toilet hadn?t been cleaned. The main floor was filthy and could do with a good clean. The staff had a very laps a daisy attitude. Would rather stand around gossiping than doing jobs,that were in desperate need. Over priced coffee in a dirty dank shop. I won?t recommend this place or return

Coffee was bitter but the cake was very nice. Service was just fine but too dark in there. Nice lighting would be far more inviting.

Better state of repair than most Caffe Nero that I have visited.Very friendly staff, plenty of cushioned, relaxer chairs and not the grubby fabric chairs that you see all too often in other Nero branches.Plenty of seating, good food and coffee and a warm welcome.Would recommendParking: Numerous car parking in Abergavenny- albeit pay and display.I used the bus station car park, but there are closer options.
