Unhelpful staff, travelled to Abergavenny in order to open an account and was rudely told I'd have to make an appointment online after I'd been waiting in line for over half an hour.Yet other customers were seen to immediately, without appointments.

Very rude, arrogant and unhelpful staff. As a customer I requested a change in notes to a different denomination. £20 to £10 notes. Only a £100 in total. Not really a big ask but cashier refused. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told there wasn't one. So I asked to speak to someone of higher authority and was told I'd have to wait 45 minutes. I explained to the cashier that needed £10 notes for a deposit and had left my card at home in my work clothes.
I had photo ID on me and proof of address,
but the cashier couldn't even be bothered to try and pull up my account details.
How dare they refuse such a simple banking request. DISGRACE ð??
