Rude, patronising receptionist with dark short hair and glasses. Rest of the service was great but the receptionist really let down the service with being so rude and patronising.

Am so impressed with this dental practice. They saw my daughter today as she needed a filling- she was obviously scared, but everyone at the practice was so welcoming and relaxing.Paul completed her assessment and treatment - can not thank him and the dental nurse enough. They took the time to explain everything to both me and then her, nurse held her hand throughout and totally made us feel as comfortable as we could be.Excellent service and I was so impressed with everyone- thank you

I attended the surgery today and have received the kindest & most compassionate service I?ve ever had from a dentist! Not just for my dental health which of course was professional, gentle and quick. I'm a very nervous patient and needed some serious help with my teeth. I hadn't been to a dentist in years. They staff at this place made me feel welcome and safe. The treatment I needed to take went extremely well and the staff were very helpful through out. Highly recommend this central centre.

I had s wisdom tooth extracted today and was very anxious in advance. However, the dentist (Dr Rafik Mikhaiel) was great! He was gentle, kind and funny and even put my favourite music on to relax me! The job was done quickly, successfully and pain free. I felt really well cared for and couldn?t recommend this dentist more. It is clear that he really cares about his patients.

Took my kids to whitcome dental centre after a bad experience at another dentist. We saw Dr Rafik and he (and the dental nurse) were great! So good with the kids and plenty of advice. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful too. Really glad we switched.

I've been using this practice for a decade. My first dentist was rude, impatient and painful. However, he's gone and the new dentists have been brilliant. My last visit had my dentist, Raffi, using the latest infusion filling techniques which are much faster, convenient and comfortable than the old anesthetic, drill, fill method.
