Food arrived after over an hour. Festive Jacket potato was so hard couldn't cut skin. Food was cold lettuce turning brown and tasted disgusting. Two jacket potatoes cost me £22 and couldn't eat them. Never order from here again!

Went in for the first time and it was absolutely horrendous what?s going on in that place the bread is layed out on the counter top on a crusty soiled tin (allllll the bread ) the meats are cross contaminated there was rice in the tuna from God knows where it was smelly and all round very nasty

Placed a order for collect the order had onions in it went back as I am allergic to onions and staff refused to remake it for me and also refused to give me a refund so unless you wanna donate money to subway avoid placing a collect in store.

Me and my husband walked in and had a meatball sub and a bmt. The woman who served us was miserable, and arrogant. The price was ok since it?s our favourite meal, the sever rushed making our subs even though there was no queue. We opened our subs and there was more food all over the paper than inside the bread, and it tasted more of money waisted than good.
Considering this was the manger I?d expect more since you run the place, I myself have worked in subway and that is not they way to treat your customers and make subs

It?s so inconsistent with the service you get. Some staff are so good I wish I knew their names. Some of the staff are awful rude and look unhygienic. We check which staff are working before we go in.

My subway was absolutely drenched, not in sauce but some type of water?? As soon as I picked it up it just dropped to a big mush.

Every single time I've ordered from this place, they've always messed up an order. At one point I was ill from the steak sub they had here but what topped it off for me was ordering the 12 pack variety cookies and getting every single damn one of them the vegan double chocolate cookies which is going against their advertisement. I've worked in Subway before and that would have been a massive no no. I've popped in there once in person to see what it was like and it was unsanitary to say the least. Crumbs all over the tables, the corner of the floors were dusted as if someone was just mopping the middle of the floor and nothing else and the staff there was unsavoury and you knew from the first word that came from their mouths that they didn't want to be there. I've never given a 1 star review before and I never thought I'd have to but this place should be shut down or at the very least needs new management

Absolutely horrific, we?ve been notified that our orders been delievered, uber driver turned up and said that subways passed our food onto a random bloke. All we?ve recieved is £5 refund of a £40 order. I am horrified.

Click and collect !Subs prepared way too early so are cold on collection. Toasting preferences not met which means a wasted sub. No issues when actually ordering in store, won?t click and collect again - poor poor show guys !
