What a fantastic person Sophie is, she went above and beyond to help me find a property and guided me through every step of the way, she absolutely bent over backward to put me at ease and get me through some tricky issues when she didn?t have to. I can?t thank her enough. I will tell anyone to use her to sell or to buy in aberdare!

Absolutely SO unprofessional!
After many attempts to make an appointment to view a property to no avail, I finally managed to get an appointment for 6.30pm this evening. This appointment was arranged only this afternoon via text message.
We were stuck outside for half an hour waiting for someone to turn up. No one turned up or even had the decency to send a message. I called and text Sophie numerous times, to which I?ve had no reply.
Two neighbours came out and said they had also tried to get in touch with Sophie, in the hope to view the house back last year when the house was first listed, they also got no response.
Avoid like the plague!

Very Poor ServiceWC 20/3/23 - Tried to book 3 viewings for that weekend (Fforchaman Road, Merthyr Road and Robertstown) Left 4 voicemails and sent 2 emails but never received a response.WC 3/4/23 - managed to finally get hold of the agent. Booked in 3 viewings for the Saturday. As we live in England travelled 3.5 hours and booked into a hotel to then at 8pm Friday evening receive a text message from Sophie stating she was cancelling the viewings.Have dealt with Penhill Jones and Apex over last few weeks and are both superior estate agents.
