Definitely the slowest of the Screwfix?s I?ve used in south wales tend to avoid it as much as possible. Significantly better service in branches like Bridgend, pontyclun and Pontypridd

Nice staff. Ordering on tablets is a pain because you have to remember to wait when scrolling down as it only loads so many at a time. Otherwise typical Screwfix.

Ordered a saw for next day collection turned up to collect it and only the blade was there so they said come back tomorrow so I went back 24 hours later and still no saw they told me they would ring me the next morning still waiting I have to make a 3rd trip to the store which is 1hour away from where i live at my cost being a self employed person i cant afford the time wasted

Went to Screwfix today looking for a brass door pull handle - that item not available. Staff in there not particularly helpful. Drove round the corner to Toolstation and they had that item in stock - different attitude towards their customers altogether.
