From my initial contact with Heidi at Manning Estate Agents through to the final sale of my property the service was excellent. Heidi and colleagues have an in depth understanding of the property market in the Aberdare and the surrounding areas. Heidi gave me excellent advice about how to improve the property to achieve the best price and also recommended a number of local contractors who all did an excellent job at competitive prices. Heidi and colleagues were also very helpful in keeping an eye on the property (as I am not local) and forwarding on mail. I would recommend Manning Estate Agents.

It was a pleasure dealing with Catherine from Mannings, especially after an awful experience with a different company prior to this. We were first time buyers and found them really friendly throughout, kept in regular contact and I found they didn't judge or patronise me despite my lack of knowledge. They even left a bottle of bubbly for us after we got the keys, which was a lovely touch.

Not a trustworthy real estate broker. He is an outright cheater. It irritates customers. Everybody receives a different price from him. Definitely avoid the area. Additionally, their customer service is terrible and rude. Avoid this location if you don't want to waste your money.

Absolutely disgusted with the way in which Mannings have dealt with the sale of my house. After wanting to employ a second estate agent since it?s been on the market since last August, Mannings called me using a very unprofessional tone. Heidi began screaming down the phone at me like a spoilt brat. I would never recommend such a disgraceful organisation and I suggest that if you would like to sell your property then you choose another agent.

Rang about a property that was run down but had fair bit of land with it, give the lady all my details and she never got back to me with any further information.. Few days later I drive past this property and its sold.. Think they look after certain people and nd hold back information
