Can't understand why so many bad reviews? Staff have always been really helpful to me, apart from when I went to sort out an insurance issue where they told me I had to deal with it by phone, which was not a lie, so I suppose that's not their fault. As banks go this one is up there with the better ones.

Very poor mannered staff, Bev , lack professional attitude l went in today 16/7/25 to make a transfer as l struggled with the online application. The staff Bev was awful response show an incompetent attitude and saying she can't do the small amount transfer as l can then go and make my actual amount? . She indulge in requesting me to wait for the manager who l did not see after waiting and wasting 30 minutes of my time. Lloyds Bank Aberdare please train your staff to be decent and professional attitude . (AJD customer.)

Awful service. Popped there to pay some money in, the bank was empty with 2 cashiers just sat chatting. I approached and explained I'd like to pay some money in - they both weren't interested and kept telling me to use the machine to pay in. I said I'd prefer not to, the one woman then reluctantly served me and had real attitude and bad manners. Lloyds can shove it, I'll be going elsewhere

The staff in here are awful towards their customers. I went in there today Saturday November 4th 2023, and the woman behind the counter has a terrible attitude. All I asked her for was a bank statement, not a printed one because the principality building society doesn?t except them for Identification purposes to open a new account, which I wanted to do for a savings account with them. She had the audacity to call me a liar and tell me they are excepted even though I already tried giving them a printed statement in person at the principality. She refused to listen and told me to do it through the app. All of a sudden then, for some reason my password wasn?t being accepted to log into the app which I?ve used a hundred times. Because of the app now I?m locked out of my account. Asked the woman behind the counter for help and she tells me she can?t do anything, I?ll have to wait until next week. Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. I really don?t want people like this in charge of my money. I personally will be closing my account and moving to another bank in the next few days!!!!! And will be advising people to do the same. Absolute idiots working there!!!!

Awfully rude,When a loyal customer for more than 30 years, multiple accounts.Staff argued that I am not allowed to withdraw money without putting my PIN number in on a broken card (which is the reason it was actually broken )And a replacement issued!I'm not at the bank to argue or to be patronised by someone who is supposed to be there for help and support.

If you need to see a bank manager, I advise you not to see the man as he is very ignorant and rude. Will never want to see this man again!! Disgusted with the way he speaks to you and he should not be in this job!!
