Visited the practice yesterday for my appointment with Charlotte, the hygienist. As usual, everyone I saw - the receptionist and the dental assistants who came into the reception area from the treatment rooms - were all very pleasant and greeted me by name. Charlotte came down from her room to collect me and she is always very happy.Everyone is always very happy and professional.

Excellent practice, I don't like dentists as I'm a very nervous person, but I have to say with everyone I have no fears or stress by going anymore, they are friendly & very professional, you feel completely at ease as soon as you walk thro that door with them all, you get such a warm welcome, Jamie I think very highly of, he has great knowledge and experience in what he says and does, explains everything throughly, and does to a high standard, can't praise Jamie and his wonderful staff enough. even don't mind seeing Charlotte the hygienist ?, one word for Jamie Pugh dental AMAZING.

I recommend everything about Jamie Pugh and his practice. From his advanced techniques and "bedside manner" right through to his hygienist's style and thorough methods, the receptionists, and the premises. Everything is first class and a credit to all concerned. Thank you ever so much. I almost look forward to my visits. How many can honestly say that?

Had been suffering with a bit of pain in my tooth which was affecting my ear and jaw, phoned up and they fitted me in the next day. Jamie was lovely and said I needed a tooth removed and because I was going away on holidays they accommodated me the next day which I was exceptionally grateful for as that morning the pain intensified immensely. All the staff are very professional and caring. Wonderful aftercare to. I would highly recommend Jamie's to anyone.

I have a bit of a phobia regarding injections in my mouth but Jamie is marvelous he completely understands .Does an absolutely thorough examination of mouth tongue palate really reassuring .All staff there very professional .

Brilliant service all round. I had a split tooth. Reception were really helpful and friendly and made sure I was seen asap. Jamie did an exceptional job repairing the tooth. Totally pain free and done with such care and attention. A few days later I saw the Hygienist who was equally good. Explained everything and even showed me a slight change/improvement to my brushing technique. Service was excellent and extremely professional from start to finish.
