Wayne and team are lovely trustworthy people who looked after my late father's property amazingly. In over 2 decades, his rental property was never empty. Highly recommended.

Lovely people - rented from them for 4 years now - never a problem, everything is maintained on a regular basis - I would recommendW.J. Holders to anyone looking to rent or own in this area.

Shocking agents, nothing was ever sorted properly had to keep on and on whilst renting from these cowboys! Never had tenancy agreements of these clowns, had rats such were there all time in the cavity walls, there is I list of things that I could go on and on, excuse after excuse from Ann who sorts the rentals out really????? Advise everyone to stay clear of this cowboy company and their promices END OF!!! Not even worthy of 1 star but had to put it!!! COWBOYS!!!!

Hi all please keep a way of this agency, i have rented property of them. They are nice when you want sign the contract then is women dealing with you. They didn't do any visits to the property wille you in the to check the condition and standards of leaving and ECT. I my property was massive amounts of of mould and dump as when they advertised the property they said is all double glazed but when we move in then we find out is all single. So we try to resolve the problem, they did send builders for quote but never send them back, always was different reason like they can't get hold of them. And it was about 8 months like that wille we have very young kids in there. One of them had eczema because of this and wehave provide proof of doctor. So we decided call environmental health, yes the officer force them to start do something and when we start thinking it's over then we recive w1 section notice where we had new born baby with as. So we did move out couple of months ago we didn't get our deposit back and is no contact with them any more, lady which we have dealing with don't respond. PLEASE AVOID
