Popped back today because I changed my mind to have the bulb I bought yesterday fitted. Didn't get the name of the young lady who fitted the bulb but she mentioned she was into motor cross. Really helpful, professional and fitted the bulb in super quick time. It was a no brainer to pay for the fit and her persona throughout was really friendly.Great service, credit to the firm.

Always over helpful great staff in Aberdare branch. On my last visit i was as usual greeted with courtesy and helpfulness both management and staff are to be commended, I spoke to a young lady "louise" who is a credit to the company if only all young people were this nice the world would be a better place. The young gent i spoke to reassured and sorted out my issues, cant wait to visit again.........HALFORDS DONT LOSE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE AMAZING

I went to your aberdare store today, and I have to say, the staff were absolutely amazing! Everyone was super helpful, but especially the lady that helped me with my new windscreen wipers! (I'm sorry I forgot her name!) My windscreen is massive, and she spent so much time with me to get them measured perfect. Can't thank her enough for her help. I'll definitely be back at this store for any future motoring needs, definitely the best Halfords I've ever been to because of how great the staff were :)

Ashley & Jordan who work at your aberdare store are a credit to your company! I Can?t speak highly enough of them. Fantastic customer service. Unfortunately I was unable to purchase the bike on the day due to a mistake on my part in regards to the cycle to work scheme. However these 2 were more than helpful and really went above and beyond for not just myself but other customers in the store. Once my mistake is rectified I will ensure to return to Aberdare Halfords to purchase the bike!
