absolutely disgusting and unreliable service. very unprofessional! avoid at all cost. ordered new windows and a back door, the person the order was placed with left the business and didn't even bother placing our order which delayed having everything fitted by a number of weeks as they didn't know the order existed. When we finally got to having them fitted they had ordered and made the door to open the wrong way, so again we had to wait for a new one to be made, however they also made the second door wrong again opening the wrong way so yet another delay. Today we finally had the new door and surprise surprise another issue they have made the glass for the door to tall so doesn't fit the door!! not only are you wasting our window fitters time but you are wasting our time with having to take time of work etc to have this done, but more than happy to take our money! I would gratefully appreciate someone to contact me in regards to this.

The Aberdare branch is terrible, they say open at 8am!! It was 9.15am before the doors opened, they don't answer calls or emails, they don't deliver on the day they were supposed to. It took 4 calls to the Lancashire main head office to get any information. I will definitely never buy from them again.

Aberdare Depot are very unreliable, impossible to get hold of by telephone and email. Spoke to company's main customer service representative and told they have not fulfilled online delivery orders on many occasions, was given a full refund.

Hi. This shouldn't be a 1 star to. I had 11 windows and 2 door from you within a year. And put in by a Window fit that did 't a brilliant job for us. He had the window and doors from your company.
