Ordered flowers for my dad's funeral and everything was dealt with efficiently and compassionately. The flowers on the day were beautiful with the colour combinations we requested, and the prices were reasonable considering the complexity of the arrangements. Great to use a talented florist local to my father's home.

Unprofessional and rude. Purchased a flower delivery for a relative as a surprise (her husband knew it was coming) and they delivered it to the wrong address. I double checked the order and we had put down the correct address when we made the order.The flowers had been delivered to the neighbour across the road.I called to check what had gone wrong and they immediately told me that the delivery guy wouldn't have delivered them to the neighbour if the recipient had been home. They were home. They insisted on this a few times, I spoke to a 2nd employee which said the same thing.Eventually I guess they checked their notes or something but they had written down the wrong address. No real sincerity coming from them. They claimed the flowers were delivered before 10am but they weren't actually with our relatives until after 11am after the neighbour delivered them. However, I informed them that the time didn't matter since I didn't order them for a specific time, I ordered them for a specific address. This also means that they wouldn't have checked the condition the flowers arrived in since they were not there when my relatives got the flowers.Also turns out that the neighbour had called the shop and asked them about the flowers. Which means they knew from the beginning of my phone call that the flowers had been delivered wrong. But they insisted on laying the blame that my relatives "weren't at home" when they were.It's not hard to say something along the line of a phone call "Hello, let me check that for you and see what happened", instead of blaming the recipient instantly. 2 wrongs in 1 order from this shop and extremely rude customer service.Avoid.

I contacted Flowers by Joy to create personalised wreaths for a family funeral and I requested wreaths spelling out Mam, Nanna and a posy. I was absolutely delighted with the outcome of all of the wreaths as they were all simply beautiful and incorporated all the colours we had requested. Joy showed such warmth and compassion to us during the ordering process and the wreaths were such a great price. I would not hesitate in recommending Flowers by Joy.

Cannot fault Joy and the team! I phoned at about 11am when I found out someone I know was breifly staying in the same area. Joy made a bouquet and delivered it after 5pm for me. Great service, amazing flexibility, awesome quality. Nothing more to say. Absolutely brilliant. Thanks very much. You made someone's day (and you made mine easy).
