Moany staff, Donated clothes today, Not a warm and nice welcome, Doesn't cost a penny to say please or thank you.Maybe if the workers paid more attention to people who donate then they would recieve more item.Would not recommend this Charity Shop to friends or family.Will be donating clothes to other charities from now on!!!Customer relations are nil with these guy's.What a shame and a embarressmant as The British heart foundation have always been a worthwhile cause.Will take my custom and donations to other charities who have polite and a positive manner to its recipients.

I visited this shop in Aberdare a few weeks ago and the young blonde girl who served me was such a lovely, friendly young lady. I don't know the young lady's name , but she was one of the nicest girls I have ever encountered.

Brought some clothes in from my late mother and didn't even get a thank you and also had very poor customer care. Some staff need more customer care training. Will not be donating to them again
