I have now been a tenant of Brite Light Letting for over 18 months, and I can not recommend these guys enough! When we first moved into the property, it was renovated to a very high standard, and they had no issues whatsoever about us bringing our family cat along. In the time that we have been here, there hasn't been many issues with the property, but when there has been, they have done everything in their power to fix the problem as soon as possible. I can honestly say, that we have made new friends since moving into our new home, rather than just landlords.

I can't recommend Brite Light Letting highly enough.I called Marianne about a property and she countered with another, better house that hadn't yet gone to market and put us in touch with the director, David.See, David caught that we're out-of-towners, and he very kindly offered to meet us and drive us around the area to visit the two properties, providing an expert local commentary on the town and its surroundings. We got the full 'Place in the Sun' treatment!The recommended house was everything we were looking for; we're glad to have put our faith in BLL's excellent judgement. We immediately began the paperwork to become their next tenants.Throughout the entire process, David and Marianne have taken the time and gone the extra mile to answer any questions we had and made us feel incredibly welcome to the area.If you or your loved ones are considering renting a property or leasing out via Brite Light Letting, definitely go for it. You'll be very well looked after.

David was an absolutely brilliant estate agent. The seller was very difficult, old and eccentric and David went above and beyond to make this sale happen. We couldnt have bought the house without him. Great guy, couldnt recommend highly enough.

Cannot thank Dave enough, I?d never normally review a letting agent but honestly I would never go anywhere else, I?m hoping I don?t need too anyway haha. Dave made what was a difficult situation for me a very easy and stress free one.

Amazing experience with these guys - while I ultimately didn?t rent with them, they were so nice and welcoming. David showed me around the area, which was already above and beyond but even more so for me as an Australian moving to Wales who doesn?t know anything about the area. Definitely recommend these guys!!
