Moving home proved to be a much longer and far more stressful process than we'd ever imagined!We were hit with numerous delays, issues, and hurdles; the only saving grace being our lighthouse in the storm, by the name of Jeanne.Jeanne was always just a phonecall away, and more than happy to help in any way possible.To have someone knowledgeable, supportive and available to contact directly was the only thing that kept us sane!Kate and Jamie were also extremely helpful and supportive whenever we spoke with them.We found our forever home through Bidmead Cook, and are grateful for all their help in us achieving our dream.Thank you all for everything!

Our house purchase through Bidmead Cook est agents went on for 6 months due to certain issues in the legal process. Jeanne liased with all parties in a professional and timely manner. She always kept us updated as necessary and managed to raise a smile with us, even though it was a frustrating time (as I imagine all house sales / purchasers are). Jeanne is an assett to Bidmead Cook.

I can't recommend Bidmead Cook enough. From those who took time out of their weekends to give me extra access to the property (I lived 4hrs away) so I could take measurements in readiness for completion (thank you!), and to Jeanne in the sales team who pretty much oversaw and pushed everyone managing my purchase to reach exchange when I was completely let down by my conveyancers. My faith has been completely restored in estate agents and I will definitely use them in the future should I wish to sell. THANK YOU ALL!!!

Poor experience while private renting a property we had rising damp in the living room which was reported to the estate agents but we was told numerous times that the wall needs to dry out and it was not rising damp around 5 months passed where it got to the point that communication between myself and the estate agent broke down and I had to contact the local authority to report the problem to them they came out to the property and noticed it was in fact rising damp they then issued a notice on the landlord to carry out the work we left the property before this happened as we were unhappy with the way things were handled I personally wouldn?t recommend this company to rent from not sure if it was the estate agent or the landlord who would not act on sorting the issue out.

Excellent in all aspects of Property Sales, Lettings and Management. The highest standard of communications and professionalism I've ever experienced from an Estate Agent.I cannot recommend Bidmead Cook highly enough.After some frankly dreadful experiences with too many other estate agents in the area, Bidmead Cook were a breath of fresh air, and will be the only agent I will use in the future.Best wishes to the team at Aberdare and thankyou for all your hard work.

Would only trust my rentals properties with bidmead cook :) Aberdare have a fabulous team. Chris is fantastic and a dedicated, experienced member of the team. His dedication for landlords, tenants and maintenance contractors is unrivalled and has given me the confidence to invest further over the last 10yrs, which could never have been possible without his support. Not so keen that the maintenance has now moved to different office which has disrupted continuity, as now have several ppl to communicate with than the one who was in the know at all times, though accept this was a necessary business decision. Have to say theyre always friendly and great to deal with :)

I use Bidmead Cook as my letting agent for a number of properties I lease out. The services offered range from finding a suitable tenant through to full management of the property. I chose full management as it gives peace of mind that any issues that may arise get dealt with swiftly and efficiently through Bidmeads network of professional tradespeople. Just a call or email to Bidmead and the issue is dealt with on my behalf. The staff at the Aberdare branch are always polite and helpful whenever I go in, particularly Chris who I deal with the most as he is the letting agent. I have bought one of the properties through Bidmead and that too was a smooth and easy process. I highly recommend using Bidmead if your looking to buy/sell or rent a property.

After previous disappointment with another estate agent went with Bidmead cook in Aberdare. Very helpful and vastly more professional. House sold within 3 months, previous estate agent didn't get me one viewing in a year. Sensible on price, great photos, and excellent communication. Recommended.

I had a viewing of a property with Claire from the Aberdare branch of Bidmead Cook yesterday. Claire was incredibly helpful and informative, without being too pushy and overbearing. I felt comfortable to ask lots of questions and was able to look around at my leisure. Excellent customer service.
