I have recently started renting with Apex and am really happy so far. I was a bit nervous reading some of these horrible reviews and because of my own negative experiences with rental agencies, but it turned out that there was no need. During the whole process they were helpful and transparent. Any issues/questions I've had since moving in were dealt with quickly and every agent I have spoken to was really friendly and professional.

Extremely ignorant, sent them an email about their bargoed branch being ignorant but looks like these are just as bad
Their tenant is constantly smoking cannabis and it's coming into my house, they wouldn't put up with it so why should I?
I have two children who can't use our garden because of the smell. My son has asthma and has to use his pump a lot more since I've had to put up with these

Attempted to call estate agents several times to book a viewing, no answer and no indication of how long I would have to wait to be spoken to. Disappointing service when flats and houses are so quick to be taken, makes me wonder how many places I've lost out on waiting for my call to be answered

Awful company!!! They are renting out properties with black mold and damp. That?s all they care about is money. Keep your distance and avoid at all costs!!!

Dreadful if you're renting. Don't fix anything after being made aware countless times, and then try to con you and not give your deposit back for "damage/cleaning" when infact they've actually redecorated the property using your deposit.Went to an independent adjudicator who agreed with our statements and ordered them to pay us our deposit back. Avoid at all costs!

Fantastic, knowledgable service, highly recommended! Claire and Leigh from the Treorchy branch were wonderful, calm in a crisis and helped to make buying a house a lot less stressful. If you're buying a house in the Treorchy agent, use these people, as they will definitely go the extra mile.

They used to be a good website for house searches but I got bored of looking through the website as the only houses coming up were already sold.Its fantastic that they're selling houses like hotcakes but its the ones for sale I want to see!

Put my house up for sale last year, we had many viewings and excepted an offer after only one week of being up for sale. Buyer pulled out and within 2 days Apex found another buyer. Can?t recommend with company enough! Extremely professional and through a stressful time of moving during Covid supported us and the sale from start to finish. Thank you Apex!

Just bought a house that was being sold via Apex and was very impressed with the service I was provided. A lady called Nadine was fantastic always keeping me updated with how things were progressing. She was very helpful when viewing the property and did not rush us in anyway. She was able to answer all our questions and anything she didn't know she found the answer to quickly. Would highly recommend.
