Went to buy a car from there,went to collect it and it broke down on road test,they stated they would fix the car and deliver it to me ,unfortunately they could not fix the car immediately and the garage owner said he would rather give me all my money back rather than sell me a dud car,can only thank the owner of the garage for his honesty

Took car to duffryn for work to be carried out as need work and an MOT job was completed in a speedy manner. Staff was really friendly and couldn't do enough. Very pleased definitely be returning with any future problems due to this experience.

I was dealt with professionally, the guys couldn't be more helpful, the lady at the reception has a very nice telephone manner and keeps you up to date about your vehicle. I had some issues with my works van and without my van for window cleaning I'm not earning, and they found the problems and sorted it. Happy customer ?

Travelled 3 hours for a 435D asked all questions and was assured the vehicle had full service history. We turned up and the car was last serviced in 2019 Ridiculous for a 29k car. Should just be honest instead of making us drive 3 hours .

Bought a car from the mechanic Paul, it broke down the first time I drove it, he repaired it (bodged) and it broke down again 2 days later, its cost me more than what I bought the car for, the mechanic is useless avoid at all cost, I am making everyone aware on facebook where he sells. And most reviews below are from friends and family.

I phoned up to see if they could do an mot on my mothers car on a Saturday so I could take it as we in work all week as they are self isolating the said they didn't do Saturdays anymore but the guy said he would come to collect it at 10 am he phoned at 940am to say hes on way arrived 10am took car down then dropped it off all done this was a huge help to us what a great help they were going above and beyond for customers thanks
