Had a bump on my car which I had to go through insurance for Chris and the team was brilliant with me from start to finish they was very friendly and never hesitated to answer any questions I had. Upon picking the car up I honestly couldn't fault it after a great look over it I couldn't even tell it had been repaired would very highly recommend

Absolutely disgusting attitude and service. Popped in for a quote. The guy wasn?t interested in helping me and was talking to me as if I was stupid. Wouldn?t recommend.

I took my car to Albion (for dent and scratch removal) on the strength of the reviews here. I picked the car up today and I must say that I absolutely cannot tell that there was ever any damage to begin with. I had a very, very good look at the bodywork in the affected areas, and it's like a whole new car. I expected a significant improvement, but this has really exceeded my expectations. I hope I never need a repair again, but if I do, I'll be calling Albion.I'll also note that the car was clean and sparkling when I picked it up, and they had even removed some scuffs in the driver's side footwell, on the inside of the driver's side door - this wasn't part of the job but they did it anyway. That's attention to detail.

My wife's car was bumped and her insurance wanted us to use their own repair centres which were at least 50 miles away and couldn't fit the car in for 4-6 weeks. As she had already put a deposit on a new car , we needed the work done quickly. I contacted Chris at Albion and he was fantastic. Dealt with the insurance, got us in for the work in around 1 week and did a first rate job on the repair and paintwork. Highly recommend Albion.Service: Painting
