Got a kebab delivered to whitley bay caravan park last week, deliver driver was excellent, best kebab in town, I would definitely be ordering again the next time I am back in whitley bay, I only wish you can delivered to Scotland ?

Your timings on your website need to be accurate and updated. There were two different sets of people frustrated that you advertised you were open, and you weren?t. We specifically got a taxi to you and you were closed, causing issues. Please be more considerate.

I?m not sure if this place has changed hands but the service has gone down hill. The last meal I ordered was delivered without the chips and without lids on the sauces so they spilled out covering everything. I called and informed them on my next order but was told that there was nothing they could do. I?ve noticed the portion sizes have also been cut back. I?ve been ordering from this takeaway for 4 years but I doubt I will again.

Ordered in person 2 Garlic chip kebab wraps, one with salad kebab with Garlic and Chilli and the other with chips and Garlic. To find when I got home I was left with just 2 wraps with the sauce but with no kebab meat. I rang up to complain where they agreed to send my order again when I received my order I was given 2 portions of just kebab meat!! When I rang up again to complain I was told to place the kebab meat in my old wrap! As they refused but had agreed to send my original order, when challenged they hung up on me, prior to an onslaught of abuse!!

we have had 2 big party's recently and we used Turkish Delight for the food on both .I have to say that both times they have been amazing. food was delivered boiling hot and always on time . Everyone commented on how fresh the pizzas were and the garlic breads were also amazing. This place is amazing and i would not go anywhere elseThankyou so much and we will defiantly be back

Always fantastic food and service!! Whether you collect or get it delivered, service is second to none. Friendly and always head of time. This is my regular go to takeaway and defo the best in Whitley!! I last placed an order last night and one portion of chips were missing. I rang up, and someone delivered the chips straight away. They could not have been kinder about it. Even though there was a tiny mistake made, the way they rectified it, impressed me more then if everything was perfect- which normally it is!First class!

One of the worst takeaways we have ever had. We had to phone up 90mins after we ordered as still waiting. They told us it had been delivered. We had to tell them it hasn't as we are sat here waiting. They then said they had called but no one answered which is untrue as we were sat waiting. Then they said the would send the driver straight back??? So it hadn't been delivered then! Once it came not one of the 7 of us enjoyed our food. Really poor.
