We visited Sambuccas this evening and we were met by very friendly attentive staff. The food was delicious and the service was great. All served in a timely manner and with a smile. The only criticism that I have is that if you don't have cash there isn't the facility to leave a tip for the kitchen or front of House staff.
Evidently leaving a top on the card doesn't make it to the staff that have looked after you. I hope this changes as it's those staff that encourage repeat custom and that's the only reason I haven't given a 5 star review overall.

We decided to check out Sambuca Whitley Bay for a change. Gotta say, the food was top-notch, solid 10/10, cooked to perfection, and the service was great, this place has a fab atmosphere. We will be coming here again and really recommend!
