Rang today to enquire as to whether they sold white goods. Very rude on the phone as they did not know what a white good was. Maybe have some training on answering calls?

Nice shop, a bit untidy but not anything like others I've seen. Upstairs had a cute area for books and DVD's etc, and some kids toys. Got some good bargains. Staff are lovely.
