Amazing outstanding service to help make an appointment when they were full so my son who is autistic could open his bank account today. They wished him a happy birthday as they opened up this morning, offered him a hot drink, got him a birthday card and a happy birthday balloon. I think that is more than 5 star service really isnâ??t it. Siobhan and Jade were instrumental in making it really special and I am humbled ... my bank account will be moving very soon too ! Thank you.

Interest rates are generally good, but the staff, including the manageress are unfriendly and unhelpful. They made a mistake with an account but were unwilling to help put things right. I really would not recommend this bank as I lost money through their incompetence.

Only interested in helping customers who have 50k in thier accounts. Any other request for change etc is too much to ask for
