Called in at short notice with a flat tyre. Workshop was rammed and they were clearly very busy. Despite this they were friendly and helpful and said they would do their best to fit me in. Sure enough had my car back by the end of the day. Great service and didn?t charge the earth for my repair. Brill!

Fobbed off with nonsense responses, was busy and wanted didn't want the job, which is fair but couldn't provide a quote for a simple battery replacement due to laziness.

I called into Kwik Fit as my usual garage didn't have the part in stock.
The Keik Fit staff were really friendly and helpful. They couldn't sort my car out straight away as it was nearly closing time so they kept it overnight and did it the next morning.

I don't like having to leave a bad review but I dislike people trying to 'rob' money from me either.
With regards to the repair of my tyre I had no problem at all as it is still inflated. However, it was pointed out that my NSF coil spring had snapped and would need to be replaced.The guy told me over the phone that he had worked out some figures and that it would cost inaround £800. I have since had the work carried out by my regular garage and all of the recommended work was done along with a new NSF shock absorber for £359 inc. VAT. This type of 'up selling' is criminal! I might be wrong but I'm guessing that the technicians are on a commission for extra work gained. Many people might have felt scared to drive their car without getting it done and agreed to pay over double what the work should have cost. This is not the first time that this has happened to me here either and it is for this reason I will not be using this branch again myself and cannot recommend family or friends to do so either.

The staff are very helpful and courteous and everything is Covid19 safe from start to finish. The staff wore face masks and gloves when inside my vehicle and when dealing with me in the office or close to me outside. I would recommend anyone who needs to use their garage to go there knowing you will be safe and well looked after.

Appalling unprofessional service. It took 2.5 days to change a flat. The manager also claimed that because of this he could not conduct the already scheduled MOT, because I took too long deciding on a new tyre. I wanted to see the tyre damage before making my decision and was met with a lot of passive aggressive attitude. This is the second time I've tried this location under the new team and management (I always received great service prior to this). A year ago on my old car the MOT not only took 9 hers (something that should have been done in an hour). Not only that but the mechanics performed unauthorized services, such a wheel alignment, which actually led to a twisted steering column - something that came up when I was trading my vehicle in for a new one. They also changed the emergency flat tyre inflation kit, again without authorization, asking for payment upon pick up. I would not trust them with a bicycle let alone a car and will never be using this location again.
