I left this pharmacy recently after years of dissatisfaction. With the exception of a few, I found the staff to be most unhelpful. There's a policy they have around prescriptions which means that they can take DAYS to process; far beyond what I've experienced elsewhere (the pharmacy on Park View in Whitley which is super super quick). Also, this Boots would never text me to let me know my prescription was in and would always blame this on a problem with the system. This was until a staff member admitted it was human error every time, i.e. they kept forgetting to send me an alert.

They didn't have one of my prescription tablets (again) so they said they would ring me to tell me when it was in. That was a fortnight ago, still waiting to hear.
