I strongly recommend to avoid this Boots if you can. They lack selection compared to other Boots, the staff ignore you while they gossip among themselves, the staff are rude, and the shop closes at ?lunch time? which is inconvenient for anyone looking for service in their lunch break. Awful experience, I would rather travel an extra 30 mins extra into town than enter Boots at Whitley Bay. I highly recommend the Superdrug store which is a few steps away in the same precinct. They are always well stocked and the staff are always polite and happy to help.

The worse boots I?ve ever experienced!After asking the member of staff why the shop was such a mess? and I mean it looks like a bonb had hit ? she told me there was no manager? So you need a manager to tidy the shop? In experience of the high street there was enough staff to look after the entire shop and if they were not looking after the shop floor it doesn?t excuse the bad customer experience received. Seriously to the next manager starting .. you have a big job on your hand to train the staff to standards.

Always seems busy . The pharmacists are great but the rest of the staff are variable - one chap looks distinctly casual with manners to match. I don't like having to give my name & address such that it's plainly audible to the whole store. Update 17/8/21 - Much better . Staff are all great . Scruff bag has gone . Liz the main pharmacist is very good as are the support staff . The young manager seems to have worked hard.
