Female supervisor, middle aged, dyed blonde hair, shocking attitude towards people, angry with everyone and everything,so miserable, could not smile if her life depended on it. She will be happy that I wont be goning back there.

Customer service is absolutely disgusting for a normal shop staff members single handily judge and discriminate certain individuals that try to peacefully shop staff member there male tall strange creepy individual with decent sized ears like loafs of bread feels tne need to attacks customers and is still allowed to work there which i think is absolutely disgusting I don't know what's worse getting eaten by a shark or shopping at B&M Whitley Bay !!!

Local store which offers many different household items along with a pet part for all pet needs. I would prefer to not buy pet food from here as i prefer natural treats but ideal for anyone who is looking for cheap items at a really good cost.
