Stumbled on the place and were fascinated at how lovely it was.Loads of quaint, creative and unique pieces decorate the gardens and pond. From Whickham Hermitage Community Garden

Little oasis of a community garden in Whickham. Solely run by volunteers. Interesting collection of plants, wildlife pond and Wendy house for little ones to visit. Modern Orangery Cafe on site is independently run. It offers a good range of snacks and speciality cakes.
