After enquiring twice what time they closed on a Monday and informed bith times it was 5pm arriving at the shop at 4.30 it was closed!! Dreadful service.

Good cleaners, was a bit disappointed that I was told my dress would be ready on Thursday and went to collect on Friday but it still wasn't ready, seems that the staff don't communicate, came back a couple hours later and collected my dress after it had been pressed

I have to admit I had my doubts about using this place to perform a cuff alteration on my brand new Ralph Lauren blazer but it was the only local place open during the lockdown. However, I was very surprised with the result, they adhered to my instructions and performed a perfect job. Not only that but they were also cheaper and quicker than other alteration services that I have used in the past. Well done, I will definitely use this place again.Service: Alterations

Dropped off a coat on Monday and advised it would be ready Friday (no time specified). Tried to collect today at 11.00am only to be told it wasn?t ready. Not great service. It?s a 26 mile round trip, and was refused any discount for the inconvenience and cost. Shame they don?t seem to care about customers. I was recommended because of value. I?d rather pay more for better service.
