A very special thankyou to Emily and Connor who were absolutely 1000% supportive and clearly caring firstly to My Mum who had passed away and also myself as nok.
wonderful kind and considerate people who really are dedicated to their jobs, such special people are often hard to find you are credit to your profession. My thanks to Martin too for helping sort a distraught situation at tge beginning too.

Outstanding service . I was not able to attend a funeral and they helped me 100% to deliver a gift to my friend (who had lost his grandma).Astonishingly kind and patient staff , they were really understanding and lent me a hand so I could surprise my friend and make that sad day a little bit better for him . I couldn´t have done it without them , since I was in London. They were extremely empathetic and chose the perfect moment to hand the gift to my friend . Thank you SO much for this , I´ll always be grateful to you .

Can?t recommend these guys enough. They handled all monies from British Seniors and Golden Charter which was a huge weight lifted in regards to my Johns funeral.
A special mention for Natalie, this lady is amazing and such an asset to the company. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she went above and beyond throughout.
Both our florist and humanist said these guys were one of the best funeral directors they have dealt with which speaks volumes.
