Outstanding service . I was not able to attend a funeral and they helped me 100% to deliver a gift to my friend (who had lost his grandma).Astonishingly kind and patient staff , they were really understanding and lent me a hand so I could surprise my friend and make that sad day a little bit better for him . I couldn´t have done it without them , since I was in London. They were extremely empathetic and chose the perfect moment to hand the gift to my friend . Thank you SO much for this , I´ll always be grateful to you .

We would recommend Martin Rankin. Alot of support from Martin. Support was given to my Grandad whist he arranged his funeral. Also alot of support given to family after Grandad passed away. Advise and commitment was given through whole process from ordering flowers, getting a service printed, cars and more. Alot of stress was taken from family with his support.

Martin organised my Aunt's funeral with calmness and expertise. I could not be there due to the coronavirus travel restrictions, but my son attended and said all went perfectly. Martin took all the stress out of it. His recommendations for flowers and printing the service were perfect too.

Excellent service from the whole company. Natalie was professional and friendly, nothing was to much trouble and she helped ensure that Dads funeral went so well. At our request they arranged a celibrant Gail More to conduct the service and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Rankins provided our family with a service that helped us all at such a difficult time. Their attention to detail and care towards our Mum in their dealings with her and us was greatly appreciated.
