Food is average, main problem is the woman behind the counter with a very bad attitude, also check your receipts, she charges ( without asking) for a bag and doesn't supply it which is of course obtaining money by deceit or more commonly known as theft

We ordered the family meal for 4 this on the menue is 2 large fish and chips 2 bread buns 1 susage 1 pie 2 large sauce and a bottle of pop for £22 we paid £24 we were told its the old menue so it's £24 now but no sausage. On opening the food there was no pie we went back and asked for the pie to be told that it also isn't included.
The fish and chips were okay can't really do anything wrong with them the gravy was one solid clump and went into the bin and made our own.

My mum ordered from them tonight. The order was wrong. When we phoned to get the missing chips from our order, they were rude, obnoxious and kept hanging the phone up!!
Definitely won?t be ordering again!

Sugars and Sprinkles never fails to please us . We come here every week and it's always lovely- we get our usual and it's always the best. We can always come here and get some good desserts .

Food was pretty decent, the servers were polite enough and the place looked clean and tidy! I got a takeaway of pizzas and kebab and it was nice but didn't blow me away! However I know other people who have been there and they say the fish and fish cakes are amazing! I liked it enough to go back and try those!

Missing food delivery man obviously took it as the wrapper still in bag empty ! Rang the shop didn?t care wouldn?t give money back food vile wouldn?t even give it to my dog put in the bin never again and al be warning ?? r people to never eat from here disgusting waste of money

This has really gone down hill since they've started doing too many things ( dessert shop etc ). There is always something missing, orders not followed such as paying for extras or the food just isn't the same quality. Used to be our go to restaurant so it's a shame. Maybe reduce your menu & concentrate on quality rather than quantity.

Always get a waffle from here which is amazing. I always get served by a woman called Uma & she?s got the best customer service ever. Such a sweet woman.
