Lost my contract sim, got told by customer service go to store, to pick up sim, this store wasn't authorising me a sim, ID on me Monzo card ready apparently has to be high street bank, very frustrated. Surely they could helped me, went metrocentre got sim straight away they even offered to esim it for me metrocentre, they even gave me a spare sim, as many as I want! Galleries Vodafone zero stars don?t bother visiting this place, go the extra distance to metrocentre, oh and metrocentre credited this months line rental £110 ! Now that?s customer care they turned the whole thing round, what an experience a different store can make. Attitude and service at Galleries was awful they didn?t care to help me, I was stuck with no service at my most loyal mobile store, luckily metrocentre saved me.

Frustration , frustration past from piller to post endless calls transferred abroad and cut off do not pick this network it?s taking me 2 weeks of relentless phone calls to sort the smallest things out

Sold me a phone which has a huge obvious manufacturers fault. The phone should never have been sold in the first place. I get told to go to Samsung in Newcastle they tell me its a faulty phone so go back to Voda and they can exchange it. Now I'm being told that's not the case by Voda. Absolutely ridiculous I just want what I'm paying for!

Went in with problem with google maps. The two young male staff members were great. I am 72 so they could have easily have brushed off my problem as trivial. They spent quite a bit of time until they succeeded in helping me. Thankyou
