Horrendous, old and desperate for an update, staff clueless about business banking, basically clueless in general. Always a huge queue. Closed most of accounts now only one business one left and at last I wont ever need to go here again

Service is appalling 12 people in the queue and 1 serving they let you wait in the queue to say take a seat for another half an hour if it wasn't for the excellent service at the Hexham branch I would have left them years ago already closed three savings accounts due to the service at Washington branch staff horrendous attitudes

Very dark and dingy branch. My online banking would not even let me do bank transfers. Very bad, best decision to switch to Barclays they are so much better.
