Would highly recommend the amazing team really friendly and helpful. Give plenty of advice and help in supporting my partner with his phone problems. Sat with us for over an hour on the phone while he sorted things out. Even today they were so friendly and helpful. If ever having any problems would definitely recommend coming in and speaking to them as they are so down to earth and knowledgeable. The female assistant manager was the one who helped us throughout the whole process but the whole team were just as friendly

Went into the store on Sunday to have a chat about upgrading my phone. Id been online that morning talking to someone on online chat who was seriously frustrating. So so glad we left it and went in store to sort out. Phil was brilliant! Gave us all the information we needed, found the best deals for us for an upgrade and for an iPad too! Was so so chuffed with the deal we got and the overall customer service experience. There was a wait to receive my phone but I don?t even mind because I was that pleased with the service! Will deffo be going back in store in future if I have any issues! Thanks so much Phil! X

Kieran was brilliant, so knowledgeable, massively surpassed expectations and got an upgrade when I was just going in for a SIM replacement. 10/10 experience.

Was told I was receiving a free upgrade for the black friday deal, this was not the case at all. Another contact was opened for me not understanding my current contract would remain. I was pressured into the sale as it was 'the last day of the deal' - repeatedly told it would 'work out cheaper' - shocking experience, do your deals online or over the phone don't go to this store - they also do not pick up the phone in store.

Absolutely Vile manners Too busy cranking his neck to do his job properly. Wasted 2 hours of my time on a Sunday. I'm absolutely disgusted. Try to renew my contract. Showed my Driver's licence. Told me I need to go home and prove passport? He's attitude stunk for walking into the property. Then Upward passport. Then to tell me there was an error with the system But yet still serving other customers didn't seem to have any issues Absolutely shocking?

I recently renewed my contract at the three shop. I was reassured that I could use the phone abroad. As soon as I landed in Palma I lost the signal. When I eventually got through to the call centre I was told it was because of maintenance work in my hometown. 900 miles from where I was. Frustrated with the call centre, I wanted to cancel my contract, but I was told I had to go the shop. Bit difficult when you're in Spain. Very poor service.
