The store was clean and well-presented, the waiting times were reasonable, and the atmosphere overall made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. The colleague who ran my initial tests explained the processes and their purposes to me so I knew exactly what would be happening and why, and my optician answered all my questions about my vision and prescription changes in a way I would understand (limited use of jargon) and made me feel relaxed and confident in his capability to carry out my eye test.
A HUGE thanks to Kacy for being a friendly and helpful staff member with a good sense of humour. I hope she knows she's doing a great job despite being relatively new to the team :)

Attended today with my wife to collect her glasses that she had tried on, bought and paid for a week earlier. She was told that she'd missed her appointment (that she didnt even know about) and we were made to wait almost three quarters of an hour. Then she had to sit in front of someone for less than 30s to make sure the glasses that she'd already tried on fitted properly..... Really!!!

Won't be using this shop again. By 10 am 35 minutes delay and no communication from staff about this. Then they refuse to advise the PD value used in the glasses they supply.
