Bought a children's suit in the shop today, it was on discount as the bottom and top were different sizes. The lady at the desk asked me if I knew that the purchase was non-refundable - I said I did. She took out a pair of scissors and said she had to cut the labels to make sure I didn't return it. It's horrible. To ruin the integrity and aesthetics of an item because of so much distrust of customers. To be honest, I didn't even want to buy from them at all after that. It was a disgusting experience. Although in general the shop and staff are always at a high level. It's a pity they have to spoil the impression with such details and is very strange that she could not make a note on the receipt etc that the item was non-returnable without damaging the item itself
