Joined January 2020 and this has been a wonderful choice, excellent service and the staff are all kind, caring and considerate. Follow up on appointments is spot on and unlike my previous surgery you can actually get an appointment quickly with the Doctor (who is so lovely) not wait 3 weeks.

Since moving to this surgery, I have been highly impressed with the service I have gotten. The staff are professional, attentive and follow up on appointments. I can't thank them enough for putting their patients first and genuinely caring unlike my previous practice.

Before you get an appointment you must first prove that your head fell off. Once you pass the receptionist assessment you are told yes or no to the suitability of an appointment.The surgery really need to invest more resource into customer training and improving their manner in the team that is the first point of contact. The receptionist who dealt with me was rude, made it quite clear I wasn?t suitable for an appointment and was in a rush to get me off the phone. Very disappointing.If I could score no stars I would.

Can't believe how much better this practise is than the one in birtley. Waiting times are short and you see a doctor when you need to unlike others the now filter you through a nurse practitioner. On the ball with their medical checks too. Very impressed.
