When the harness I wanted wasn't in stock at Washington, a staff member phoned nearby stores. The Consett store had one in stock and kept it until I arrived. Excellent customer service.

Took my dachshund in for a nail trim and paw pad tidy up. Got told by the lady that she couldn’t pick up a 9kg dog so would have to get her colleague to lift him onto the table. She took him in and the colleague proceeded to lift him and hold him while she tried to clip his paws. His back was dangling down and he was...
