Every time I come here I'm disappointed and today was no different. We ordered food on the app and waited around 20 minutes for it to arrive (this time would be fine if the food was actually good). The food arrived but we still didn't have cutlery. I asked for some and I watched one of the waitresses put it together but then got so busy chatting she forgot again to bring it over. I had to get up and get it. The food was abysmal. The fish my my baguette was very greasy, the lettuce was soggy and brown and the tartre sauce had congealed as it has obviously been sat under a hot plate. Even the baguette itself was horrible (how can you mess up a frozen baguette?) My husbands meal wasn't any better and we both left feeling sick. We will never be returning.

Family of 3 ordered all day breakfasts, told no mushrooms or tomatoes but eventually after a 30 minute wait they appeared. Staff customer service very poor, disinterested, dirty cluttered tables everywhere, floor dirty. Would definitely not be returning.

Love this lil pub in the galleries had food hear on Monday absolutely Devine it was the chefs should be so proud of themselves food and the way it's presented is fantastic the only thing I wish it was open longer for food sit in will definitely recommend to all my friends and

What a lovely pub right in the centre of the Galleries! Popped in for a bite to eat and a pint while we had a break from shopping, the staff were so busy but so so so friendly. Couldnt fault the service/food or drinks. Keep up the good work!!

It took 35 mins for breakfast to arrive after 25 mins I went to ask where my food was oh there's a 30 min wait why don't they tell you that before you pay ?breakfast arrived nothing special the bacon was inedible for me looked in cooked cooked only came here because the cafe next door was busy lesson learned I won't be back here ever

Just been for lunch the food was delicious and very reasonably priced as were the drinks. Great atmosphere and very friendly helpful staff definitely will be going back soon.
